Creators are legally responsible for the content they upload.

1.4 Coins & Rewards Data

4. Content Moderation & Safety Systems

To maintain a safe environment, the App may use:

• No Underage Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal data from users who do not meet the minimum age requirement.

14.2 Creator Verification

• 18+ Requirement: Creator accounts are strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Creator Agreement: All creators must read and accept the Creator Responsibility Agreement before uploading any content.
• Content Accountability: Creators are solely responsible for their uploaded content and must ensure it complies with our community guidelines.

14.3 AI Content Moderation

• Automated Review: All content uploads are reviewed by our AI-powered moderation system before being published.
• Explicit Content Detection: The system identifies and flags potentially explicit or violating content.
• Human Review: Flagged content may be reviewed by human moderators before a final decision is made.
• Reporting System: Users can report inappropriate content, which is reviewed within 24-48 hours.

14.4 Consequences of Violations

• Content that violates our policies may be removed without notice.
• Users or creators who repeatedly violate guidelines may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
• Serious violations may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.
