By creating an account or using Storiva ("App", "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. Storiva is a login-only digital content platform featuring creator-based series, novels, and comics. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• Users must meet the minimum age required by their country
• Creator accounts are strictly limited to individuals 18 years or older
• Accurate date of birth is required
• Accounts are non-transferable

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining login confidentiality
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

4. Platform Structure

• Guest access is not permitted
• User profiles are not publicly browsable
• Comments are visible only within content (episodes/chapters)
• Offline mode limits functionality to downloaded content only

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Break any laws
• Harass others
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Upload malicious code
• Circumvent age restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and software belong to Storiva. Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Storiva a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and distribute it within the App.

Storiva may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
